Who's Christa Janine?

Certified Yoga Instructor & Life Coach

I’m an online digital fitness coach, and 500hr RYT | 200hr E-RYT certified yoga instructor, who has discovered a need to merge the two worlds and create a space for healing in others’ lives.

Throughout my entire life, I have been physically active. As a child, I played sports year-round, and throughout college, I was a regular at the on-campus gym. The older I got, the more I used fitness as a form of therapy and release from my everyday struggles. I suffered from severe depression and self-harm throughout my adolescence, and was hospitalized twice for suicidal ideations. However in 2010, I was introduced to yoga and it literally changed my life.

Introducing
Trauma to Triumph

A 12 Week One on One Coaching Program designed to help you heal from Past Trauma, Release Mental Blocks, and Reclaim Control over your life’s narrative.

I CREATED TRAUMA TO TRIUMPH BECAUSE I'VE BEEN WHERE YOU ARE…

Throughout my entire life I felt as though I wasn’t good enough; like I had to constantly do more and more simply to be seen as worthy of others’ time and energy. I suffered from depression, was hospitalized twice for suicidal thoughts, and have been at rock bottom more times than I care to admit.

BUT...I did make it to the other side. Through yoga, fitness, therapy and building a more intimate relationship with God, I have finally taken control over my life, and have begun to walk in line with my purpose.

And now I want to pay it forward and help as many other women as I can find their healing and live a fulfilling purposeful life.
